I did all the planning with her prior to the trip, so when we arrived in Italy I was able to turn my brain off and just have FUN.
Bridget was SO informative for so many things from activities to where to stay to what to expect. She coordinated drivers and boats. I have never had a trip go so smoothly and when there was a hiccup (Italian culture doesn't exactly run on time), Bridget jumped in and took care of it for us.

In Florence, Bridget met us exactly as planned, leading us on an unforgettable exploration. She flawlessly guided us to ALL the must-sees, including Michaelangelo’s David at the Accademia, the Duomo cathedral, the secret passageway of the Medici, and much more. The real gem, however, was a tiny, authentic deli, Alimentari Uffizi. The owners, whom she knew well, served the most incredibly fresh, homegrown, cured meats and cheeses I've ever tasted, complete with complimentary wine. The walls, covered in years of glowing sticky notes, perfectly captured the magic of this authentic local spot. Bridget's ability to immerse us in the true local life of Florence provided an experience far beyond typical tourism.
Bridget’s meticulous planning continued in Rome, where she navigated us through every iconic site, from ancient pyramids to the Vatican and everything in between. Despite questionable weather and my significant mobility challenges, Bridget crafted the most memorable experience imaginable. Her genius shone through in arranging private transportation and tours that were highlights in themselves: a thrilling Vespa sidecar tour on the cobblestones the first day, and a wonderfully fun tuk-tuk tour the second evening. Even with rain, we saw everything, including enjoying another fabulous local meal – again where she knew the owner’s family personally - where we discovered the deliciousness of lemon pasta!
This wasn't just a "trip of a lifetime"; it was an unforgettable adventure thanks to Bridget. In fact, our experience was so phenomenal that we've already made plans to return in March (thank you, Trevi Fountain coin toss!).

Background: We are a family of four, planning a 4-part trip through Italy! She helped with very specific questions that I couldn't get clear answers to, to bigger day trip plans which felt like I could spend hours down rabbit holes. Instead, in a 30 minute consultation, I would review where I was stuck and parts of the trip that needed her expertise. Bridget planned an incredible trip to Venice and fully prepared us for the experience.
Completely unbeknownst to me, Venice is somewhat (extremely) difficult to navigate, but we never noticed due to Bridget’s spectacular planning and preparation. I traveled with my mom who is in her 70s and very specific about her travel arrangements and Bridget catered to her every need. She took the time to understand our goals for the trip and our interests and targeted our experience to it. We were only there for two days before traveling to a different part of Europe, but we were able to have a weeks worth of experiences without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. Do not go to Venice without the help of Bridget. Or do and get really really lost and confused.

When my husband and I decided to go to Italy Bridget was quite literally the first person I told because I knew she would be instrumental in our planning process. Yet she still far exceeded every expectation I had! As someone who considers themselves *very* organized, I was blown away by Bridget’s meticulous preparation.
Not only did she make the planning process seamless but she also made it fun! In some of our planning calls we spent time talking on the vibe I wanted for our trip to help her tailor recommendations. She didn’t just ask what I wanted, but thoughtfully curated parts of the trip for my husband as well. It was clear she truly cared about our experience, which meant a lot! I also got a mini Italy history lesson once or twice too. :) She can do it all!
